What Can You Resell this Christmas? Hint: ignore those Hot Lists!

Hot Toy LIsts Christmas 2018

You know those 'Hot Lists' that the stores like Walmart and blog sites release every year? Those don't work. Many are made up by the stores themselves, hoping that enough hype generates sales of their hand-picked 'winners'.

Some background: Every year I see hundreds of buyers using those lists to source stuff they hope to resell for 3x more on Amazon or eBay. And (in most cases) those sellers lose a LOT of money.

Where does that leave you?

The 'trick' is to know what's trending from actual customer demand (=sales) in toys and other product categories like kitchen, tools, and more. Those store lists don't tell you that. See, the more demand a product has (or if demand is outstripping supply), the higher it can be sold on Amazon or eBay.

So I gathered some of my trusted partners who have all this figured out. They're ready to tell you exactly what to source in stores and online, and flip online. That way, you can ensure you're picking the most profitable products to sell. Remember, I only work with services that offer the best selling ideas, product and sourcing info, and support to help you, bar none.

If you want this service, read this very recent blog post , or watch the video below

Very important: Even if you you don't enlist a service to help you, please take action with your online selling business this Q4!

Sorry for the delay. Assuming you are in the U.S., have you considered joining a “Be On The Lookout” (Bolo) group? (This is primarily for Retail Arbitrage/Online Arbitrage). 1 of my recommended ‘BOLO’ groups is Legends.

If you are more interested in sourcing wholesale, I recommend this free starter resource from Robyn Johnson

Hi Jordan, any plans to do another black Friday cheat sheet?

    • Jordan Malik November 8, 2016, 10:48 am

Tara thanks for asking – YES! the pre-sale is underway now. The price goes up to $97 soon, so I suggest you grab it now: http://ResellBlackFriday.com

OMG, thank you! It has been a really successful way for me to zero in and spend less time researching. Plus, it sometimes confirms for me items I should be hunting for! Hard to get prepared for such a big weekend while you are still in the throws of everything else! This guide helped make me over $6,000 last year that weekend alone!

    Hi Jordan,
I’m considering joining the Gold level in Jenni Hunt’s group. Is that still available with the Toy guide and your discount? If I do buy, is there a facebook group that goes along with the purchase?
Thanks so much for all your simple, plain-spoken advice -minus unnecessary hype. Appreciate that, friend.

    • Jordan Malik November 2, 2016, 6:47 pm

Hi Kay yes it appears to still be available, yes the discount applies (See the instructions in #2 above) and yes Gold members get access to the facebook group. Good luck, keep me posted!

Hi Jordan….I haven’t been around for a couple of years due to some medical probems. I am a longtime member of Jim Cockrums PAC Course and Mark Scott Adams FBA Course. Yet when I needed the best advice online I always sought you out.

This post is me attempting to find your article on How To Fulfill Ebay sales using Amazon FBA. If it is possible please tell me how to find that old article of yours.
You have always been the best source on the internet for information about selling through Amazon and Ebay. Thanks for all your past help.

    Hey Jordan,
Thank you for the selfless effort to help everyone. I trust your recommendations more so after reading the one you gave about reselling used books after sourcing them from sites like craigslist. i did sell some items and got a few bucks. I’m now considering a full time online selling. My question is do you have recommendations that can train beyond Q-4 products and sells?

Thank you and I’ll be glad with your assistance

  • Mark October 18, 2015, 2:06 am

    Hi Jordan,
Is there any course you would recommend for non-US amazon seller(Canada)?

  • Shanna September 30, 2015, 5:36 pm

Do you happen to know if Proven Q4 has value for online arbitragers? I’m pretty much tethered to a desk all day, and I saw in ONE of the screenshots, a link to buy whatever tip they were suggesting.

    • Jordan Malik September 30, 2015, 5:41 pm

Yes Shanna! Most of the deals are online.

      • Shanna September 30, 2015, 7:44 pm

        Thanks, Jordan! I appreciate it.

  • Lise Lafontaine September 30, 2015, 3:37 pm

I am a member of Jim Cockrum’s One-on-One Coaching but as we are coming up on Q4 and it is important for me to have a profitable experience as much as possible. However, at this point in above-mentioned training, I feel I need more Q4 appropriate direct training.

Jordan, please let me knowif, in your opinion, it would be a good extra investment for me to sign up for Proven Q4? Thank you.

    • Jordan Malik September 30, 2015, 3:41 pm

Hi Lise, yes the ProvenQ4 training is excellent and it is risk-free (no questions asked 100% money back guarantee if you’re not happy).

  • Natta September 30, 2015, 3:23 pm

Hi Jordan, I’m interested in Jim Cockrum’s Q4 mastermind group, but do you need to have a facebook account to join? I’m not on facebook and do not intend to join. Thanks

    • Jordan Malik September 30, 2015, 3:27 pm

Hi Natta – you don’t need a facebook group to join (but I do recommend it because it can provide you with extra support and help via an energetic and positive community).

  • Chad Martin September 24, 2015, 5:43 pm

Thanks so much for all you do Jordan. I am having a hard time deciding which would be the best option for me. Both seem like very good programs. I started selling in February and am very happy with my results so far, but this will be my first Q4 and want to make sure I am well prepared. Thanks!

  • Debra shea September 22, 2015, 8:27 am

Thanks Jordan. .I appreciate your information.

  • Roll Tide Mike September 21, 2015, 9:10 pm

Jordan, thank you again for all you do, and for backing this amazing offer with your own guadantee. I do have one question. With she Gold package and sourcing watch lists, will the products become too saturated??

    • Jordan Malik September 22, 2015, 8:40 am

Roll Tide – If saturation occurs, it’s rarely because of a list. Instead of recommending (say) 2 to 5 of the ‘hottest products, the training/course/recommendations show you the hidden nuggets and ‘diversification’ skills so your risk is minimized.

  • Adam September 21, 2015, 4:46 pm

Thank you for your reply Jordan. Always appreciated.

  • Barb Crowe September 21, 2015, 11:11 am

    Thank you
